1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Aspirra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Job seeker and employer accounts are separate and serve different purposes on the platform.
3. Job postings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the jobs they post. Job postings must not be discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms, and to review job reports submitted by users.
4. Applications
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they submit in an application. Applying to a job does not guarantee an interview, offer, or any response from the employer.
5. Payments and Featured listings
Standard job postings are free. Featured job postings require payment, processed through our payment provider. Featured pricing is shown at the time of purchase. Payments for Featured listings are generally non-refundable once the listing goes live, except where required by law.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Aspirra to post fraudulent job listings, scrape or misuse other users' data, impersonate another person or company, or attempt to circumvent the platform's security or payment systems.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including posting fraudulent content or abusing other users.
8. Disclaimer
Aspirra is a platform connecting job seekers and employers — we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the site, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of job postings, applicant information, or the outcome of any application.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aspirra after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
